Origin: Ikat refers to the resist dyeing technique used to create the designs on the fabric. To create unique patterns, the yarns are dyed before being woven into cloth.
Fabric: Silk is a natural fibre produced from the cocoons of mulberry silkworm and has a shimmering appearance due to the triangular prism-like structure in the weave.
